What the paycheck responds to
Skybux is the airline currency. Flights pay from service, safety, on-time work, and satisfaction. Better meals are bought with Skybux and are described as raising satisfaction, which matters more once a widebody is full. There is no published formula here for Skybux per seat, so this page does not pretend to calculate a payout. Compare planes by the seat counts and prices that are actually published, then test a route in game.
Other reported income, separate from the flight paycheck: daily logins, mission rewards, group rewards reported at 2,500 Skybux, celebrity and vlogger tips, and codes. The 2x Earnings pass states that the paycheck is doubled after each flight. That is a Robux product, not a Skybux upgrade.
Demand and settings
On the route planner, flights listed around 90 to 100 percent demand are the ones farming guides name for Honolulu, Seattle, Dubai, and Sydney. Long-haul is described as paying more per passenger than a short hop, and also taking longer. For pure repetition, guides tell you to disable flying animations, lavatory events, towel service, and random emergencies.
Hire NPC attendants before a large boarding. They cover economy. You still handle premium cabins and anything the NPCs cannot do, including medical diagnosis choices.
A capacity path
Use the free RJ-145 (50 seats) for the tutorial and timed missions. A compiled fleet table then prices the Dash 8 at 3,500 Skybux (78 seats) and the first useful narrow-bodies around 12,000 to 18,000 (A220-300, B737-800, A320). The B757-200 at 25,000 Skybux is the highest narrow-body on that table, at 239 seats. The B777-300 at 45,000 (396), B747-400 at 50,000 (416), and A380 at 55,000 (470) are the capacity endgame.
The 470 A380 figure is the all-economy, minimum-legroom number repeated by fleet guides. A seat-by-seat A380 table shows lower counts for other seat models and legroom settings, and one summary line on that page says 506, which does not match its own table. Configure the cabin on the departure screen and read the seat count the game shows.
The Concorde is listed at 60,000 Skybux and about 100 seats. Capacity rankings treat it as a prestige buy. Other guides call it a fast earner because trips are shorter. Without a payout formula, buy it after a widebody if your goal is seats per flight.
Airports change which demands you can see. Los Angeles is the cheapest paid field on the airport table at 4,000 Skybux. Dubai, Honolulu, and Sydney cost more and are the long-haul targets. See airports and the aircraft list.
Crew costs that are only reported
A long-running game encyclopedia says AI flight attendants can be hired from the Dash 8, the first hire is 500 Skybux, each next hire doubles, and the ninth costs 128,000 Skybux. It also says attendants at level 20 handle cabin work without mistakes. Those numbers are not printed on the official Premium AI pass. The pass itself does say hired AI level twice as fast, lose the per-flight fee, and lose the uniform customization cost.
